Project Journey

The story behind the solution.

The Frustration With Existing Tools

Managing projects shouldn’t be more difficult than the work itself. Yet, that’s how many teams felt about existing tools—overly complex platforms packed with unnecessary features, rigid workflows, or long, complicated setups. We set out to strip away the noise and give teams a tool that felt refreshingly simple.

A Clear Idea of What Was Needed

We never set out to create just another all-in-one platform. Our goal was a clutter-free board system where tasks could be created, tracked, and managed in real time. It had to be intuitive, easy to adopt, and flexible enough to accommodate different workflows—without distracting teams from their real priorities.

Crafting Simplicity With Intention

Every design and development choice focused on clarity. We used Golang for a lean backend, WebSockets for instant updates, HTMX and Stimulus JS for dynamic interactions, and Gomponents for server rendering. Tailwind CSS shaped a modern, crisp interface, while SQLite delivered reliable, yet lightweight storage. The result? Creating boards and tracking progress feels effortless.

Helping Teams Focus on What Matters

Eboardo gives teams just the right structure—no more, no less. Real-time tracking, easy coordination, and clear milestones visibility keep projects moving forward, minus the usual overhead. By avoiding feature creep, we built a tool teams genuinely enjoy using.

Why We Built Our Own

Ultimately, Eboardo proved that sometimes the best solution is the one you build yourself. When your tools fit your workflow—simple, reliable, and easy to maintain—They become helpful partners, not burdens. That’s exactly what Eboardo is.
